Kempenhaeghe is the Academic Center for Epileptology and the Center for Neurological Learning Disorders in the Netherlands. We provide our tertiary care from an interdisciplinary vision to children who do not find adequate care elsewhere. Kempenhaeghe offers a unique combination between epilepsy and neurological learning and development disorders and has the ambition to link both centers optimally. This unique combination within Kempenhaeghe offers an excellent opportunity for a pediatric neurologist to develop niches within both centers from a dual appointment. Within ACE you diagnose, supervise and treat children with epilepsy who have usually already gone through an intensive process in another hospital. You are willing to go steps further for these children.
